Introducing Band, Percussion & Guitar!

Beginning Band
We’re excited to launch our brand-new Beginning Band Program for students ages 9 -18! Whether your child dreams of playing trumpet, clarinet, flute, or another band instrument, this is the perfect place to start. In a fun, supportive environment, students will learn the basics of music, rhythm, and technique while making new friends and developing confidence. Each student will need their own instrument and Accent on Achievement Book 1 for their specific instrument. No experience necessary—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Feel the Beat!
Get ready to make some noise in our exciting new Percussion Ensemble for students ages 9 - 18! From drums to shakers to rhythm sticks, kids will explore the fun and dynamic world of percussion while building coordination, musical skills, and teamwork. We’ll provide a variety of fun percussion instruments for hands-on learning—students just need to bring their own Alfred Drum Method Book 1 (the blue book) to join the rhythm-filled adventure. No prior experience needed—just a love of music and a desire to drum!

Strum Into Music!
Our Beginner Guitar Class is the perfect way for students ages 9 - 18 to start their musical journey one chord at a time! In this fun, hands-on class, students will learn the basics of guitar playing, from strumming and finger placement to simple songs they’ll be proud to play. Each student must bring their own guitar, and it’s important to have the right size - smaller hands need smaller instruments! Families can visit any local music store for help choosing the proper size, and we’re happy to assist with any questions. Students will also need the Essential Elements Guitar Book 1 to get started. Let’s make music together!
